My Uncle Tom

Just a little note to ask for some prayers for my uncle Tom. Not too long ago he was diagnosed with acute lymphatic luekemia. Not good news, and the prognosis wasn't good either. But, he opted to fight as hard as he could and started three weeks of intense inpatient chemotherapy. The chemo ended last week and they sent him home from the hospital. Unfortunately, they called him yesterday and told him to pack his bags and come back to the hospital. The chemo did not work as well as they would have hoped, and now they want him to start radiation. I know that many family members on Chris' side have dealt with with this horrible thing called cancer before, so this is an all too familiar scenario. For my dad, Tom happens to be his oldest brother and kind of the patriarch of the family. So, any prayers that anyone could offer up for my uncle or his family would truly be apppreciated!
