Today Reagan's class took a field trip to the post office. To be honest I think it was my favorite field trip yet! I am always amazed at how fast mail can seem to travel and how precise it usually is even though it exchanges hands so many times. It was interesting so see how it all gets sorted and how it gets where it needs to go. The kids had fun too, they all bought their own stamps and mailed letters to themselves so they can see exactly how it works. Reagan's letter should arrive by tomorrow. Here are some pictures from the trip. That is Reagan's friend Izzy who rode in our car today. Usually she is shy and quiet, but today she and Reagan talked the all the way to the post office and the entire ride back to school! The rest of the pictures are of Reagan mailing her letter, which she did all by herself. Maybe I'll let her pay the bills this month! :) Hope everyone has a great weekend, check in w/ us again!
For anyone who noticed i removed a really cute pisture of Reagan from this post. She was holding her letter and duh, you could see our address very clearly. Thanks rachael for the heads up!
