Is It Too Much To Ask?
So, yesterday I dressed all three kids in their "Halloween clothes" and got them ready to go to my parents to celebrate my sister Ally's birthday. Before we went I though it would be fun to get a picture of them on the front porch. I mean, I highly doubt that I will get another opportunity like this until Christmas time and I just love the whole coordinating but not "matchy-matchy" outfits. I must have taken about 20 to 25 pictures of them and this is the best one I got. No one would look at me, they kept arguing over who got to sit by who, Jack kept trying to run off. It was next to impossible to get this shot where they all managed to make eye contact with the camera! Is it too much to ask that I have one decent picture of all three of my children together? I think not! But, I guess it will have to wait for another day, because this picture is definitely not Christmas card worthy!

hehehe......Mine are 17, 16 and 9 and it is still too much to ask. See the video at the bottom of my blog and you will see exactly what I mean! Good Luck!

ReplyDeleteI had to laugh! It is so darn hard for me to get pics of the 3 little ones and have them actually LOOK at the camera. It drives me bonkers.

I know what yo mean about getting photos of the kids. I actually happen to think that one of the three of them is very very cute.

It's still pretty cute! My problem is getting my 10 month old to look and my husband to SMILE...he's one of those that is happy but you can never tell. Makes for some lovely pictures. Sigh. I feel for ya! Good picture, though:)
ReplyDeleteDon't be so hard on yourself! I know it's frustrating though! You have this perfect pic in your head and rarely it happens! It was a memory though and they're stinkin' cute!
ReplyDeleteI took the kids for Easter pictures with the bunnies one year and my favorite picture was one the photographer just let me have...Kyal at almost 2 yrs old in plaid britches with a diaper butt in a blur running in front of his sisters chasing a bunny out of camera range...you can see the motion of the two in front of the two girls sitting pretty!
